Meet Cathy Gonzalez
Cathy got her start with a single outdoor boot camp class back in 2009. Through her Fitness Journey she was introduced to & developed a LOVE for Kettlebells.
It began with a Challenge for her Campers &
Before she knew it . . . . there were 20 + people showing up to do this 30 Minute Kettlebell class at her house.

Her Signature Kettlebell Class Design along with a Trusted Following, the Obvious Next Step was to Open a Physical Location. Thus the Creation of Studio 30, The Kettlebell Fit Club (TM).
The Evolution of Studio 30
The Original Studio 30 location was a 900 sq. foot facility & the Only Equipment were a bunch of Kettlebells.

Within the first year of business Cathy realized the location was too small for the number of participants flocking to her "Signature 30 Minute Kettlebell" class.
​
The space was functional but her Vision was to develop other 30 Minute classes with similar core strengthening components that would compliment the Kettlebell class.
​
In 2017, Studio 30 got the update it needed. An 1800 sq. ft. location with a pull up rig to accommodate other equipment such as TRX & Battle Ropes.
